Shooting began October 9th and continues through the end of November 2000.
The story concerns
a US securities expert Kevin Burke (Skeet Ulrich)
working abroad for Jorgensen Financial, a multinational financial
company who discovers that all his training has been part of a master
plan to turn him into a corporate assassin.
Derek de Lint plays as Karl Jorgensen, CEO of Jorgensen Financial. After Kevin's biological father's tragic murder accident, the young child's custody came into the hands of Jorgensen. He considers Kevin as his own son and supported his choice to study at the prestigious Virginia Military Intstitute. After graduating he gave Kevin a job in the Amsterdam office. On the day of his important promotion, Kevin proposes marriage to his girlfriend Rosalyne (Catherine Orr). But Rosalyne is murdered before his eyes by a professional hitman. He begins own investigation and finds out more, than would like to know. The hard truth is that Jorgensen Financial is a front for a dangerous international organization with Karl sr. as its diabolical spriritual leader.
